Ron has worked in the software industry since 1970. In that time he has taught at Purdue University, managed an IT department, and has been a consultant in the Supply Chain/Logistics (Procurement/Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Distribution, Forecasting) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (Sales, Marketing, Service, Telesales, Teleservice). He has worked for GE, American Software, and Oracle.
